✔ Watches that have been worn, adjusted, resized, or altered are not eligible for returns.
Final-sale, custom-made, and limited-edition timepieces are non-returnable unless defective.

2. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their nature, including:

Gift cards and promotional items.
Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.

Any returned item that does not meet the return eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

If you need to return a product or request a refund, follow these steps:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider:

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
PayPal & Digital Payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be available in your account within 24 hours after approval.

✔ After 12 hours, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
✔ If your order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and initiate a return request if necessary.
