1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or provide a refund.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email must be provided to process the return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened software, personalized items, or perishable goods). These will be clearly marked during checkout.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@metatechrig.com or call (201) 389-6480 to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the product.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send the product back without prior authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the product, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals, and ship it to the address we provide with the RMA number. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the return is accepted, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it once the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to defective products or errors on our part.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Metatechrig.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to discuss the details. Exchanges are only available for products of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return authorization and return the original product.
  2. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
